Back Charges

The page displays the list of all back charges and shows whether each back charge is associated with an EPO. Pending back charges are those that have not been completed. This page also allows the user to view pending EPOs by clicking the Pending EPO View link in the top right of the page.

This page can only be accessed by users who have the Back Charge module and role turned on.

 

To view back charges:

  1. Select a Job or All Jobs from the Job Name filter.

  2. Choose the Approval Status of Back Charges you wish to view from the Approved filter.

  3. Choose Pending from the Back Charge Status filter.

  4. Select a Supplier or All Suppliers.

  5. Choose to see Back Charges that are Exported or not.

  6. If you know the Back Charge Number, you may enter it.

  7. Click the Show Tasks button. The list of back charges appears based on the filters.

 

Click on a hyperlink in the Back Charge column to open the Back Charge pop-up window. Edit the back charge as necessary. Click the Update Back Charge button to save your changes and close the pop-up window. If you didn't make any changes, click on the red to close the pop-up window.

Click on the Notes link in the BC Notes column. The Back Charge Notes pop-up window opens. Click the Close Window button to close the pop-up window.

 

Click the Delete Back Charge button to delete the back charge. If it is associated with an EPO, the EPO remains unaffected.

 

If the back charge is associated with an EPO, the EPO task name appears in the EPO Task Name column. Click on the EPO Task Name link to open the Job Task page.
