On the Change Order Management page, you can view completed tasks with change orders. Only jobs and orders that you have access to appear on the page. Any orders with a supplier change show the original order and the new order. You can drill into the order to see the line item changes.
When changes are made to a PO in the back office system to a completed task, the following occurs:
Integration:
Applies the changes to the line item(s) on the order (for both BuildPro and SupplyPro).
Sends the information to the Change Order Management page.
If the supplier is changed on a PO from the back-office system, the original PO is BuildPro is shown as cancelled and a new PO is inserted with the new vendor assigned and updated line items. Both the cancelled PO and the new PO will appear on the Change Order Management page.
Change Order Management Page:
Allows you to view the PO Net Order.
Allows you to view the changes made to the PO.
Allows you to approve the order based on the changed line items.
Once the change order is approved, the task is flagged as eligible for export to the back-office system (triggering payment for the changed line items).
Allows you to choose to send notification or not, to the supplier assigned to the PO. If you choose to send a notification to the supplier, a SupplyPro supplier will receive a Change Request alert in SupplyPro. A non-SupplyPro supplier will receive a fax or email, depending on the supplier’s e-destination. If you choose not to send notification, no alert is generated and no fax/email is sent.
On the Change Order Management page, you can:
Filter tasks by Job Name, Supplier, and Change Type.
Choose how many rows (tasks) to view at one time in the Max Rows field.
View Printable version of PO by clicking the Order # link.
View task detail by clicking the Job Name link.
”Select All” button to quickly approve many orders at one time.
