How do I reset my password?

It’s easy to reset your password. Visit https://wallet.hyphensolutions.com/login and click “Reset Password”. Then follow the steps and we’ll send you a code that enables creating a new password. 

In the Hyphen Wallet Builder portal, can I see a list of all the Suppliers that I am paying?

Yes, when you log in, you’ll see a tab on the menu labeled “Suppliers”. This is where you can view all the Suppliers who are currently being paid through Hyphen Wallet. 

How do I view the payment method each Supplier has chosen?

After you are logged in to the Hyphen Wallet portal, there are two places to view the payment method chosen by your Suppliers: 

  1. Select “Suppliers”, and click their profile to review their current payment method. 
  2. Under “Payments”, look at the “Payment Type” column and you’ll see each Supplier listed with their chosen payment method.
