Schedule Change Reason List

The Schedule Change Reason List shows you all of the reasons for changing a schedule that are setup for your organization.

 

To update your schedule change reasons:

  1. In the Description column, change the current description as needed.

  2. Click Update Reasons.

 

To change the default reason:

  1. Click the Default Schedule Change Reason field and choose the reason you want to appear as the default reason.

  2. Click Update Reasons.

 

To delete company holidays:

Click the red "X" next to the reason you want to delete.

 

To add a new reason:

Click the Add New Schedule Change Reasons link and complete the fields as needed.
