Add Contract Item

Use this page to add a Contract Item to a task, so that a purchase order can be submitted for it. A contract item is a product or service that you have negotiated for through your supplier. It is not contained in the supplier's catalog, or not at your negotiated price.

 

To add items by contract:

  1. Type a Description, Quantity, and Unit Price for each item you want to add.

  2. Click Add Contract Item at the bottom of the page.
