The JIO/CO History page displays a JIO (Job Initiation Order) and all associated COs (Change Orders). A JIO contains detailed information regarding how a home will be built. T

The top section displays details of the Lot, Buyer Information, and Buyer Financing.

The bottom section contains a history of each document (JIO and CO), the Date Received, Description, CO Type (1, 2, or 3), and dates of approvals or rejections by each level (Construction, Sales, or Executive).

In the Approvals column, a date in black means that level has approved the corresponding document on that row. This is the date that level approved it. A red date indicates that level has rejected the document (JIO or CO). If the document has been rejected, the Rejection Code (reason for rejection) will be displayed in the Rej Code column.

Click the Document hyperlink to view the JIO or CO document. This link displays the contents of each document as it was sent to BuildPro. Click the View Summary link at the top of the page to view a summary of the latest approved configuration of the home.
